Lion • Hand Drawn Limited Edition Print • 8x10

A lion's mane tells you a lot about him. The darker it grows, the healthier and stronger the lion, which is why lionesses tend to favor the dark-maned males. Drawing one in ink meant building all of that out of nothing but line work, thousands of small strokes for the mane alone. Black and white suits lions. It strips everything down to presence.

Fine art print of my original pen and ink drawing, 8x10, printed with pigment black ink on heavyweight matte paper with a smooth finish. Each print is signed and numbered by hand. Once the numbered edition sells out, it closes.
