Processing Time

Limited edition prints and items I fulfill personally typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Open edition posters and merchandise fulfilled by my print partners typically ship within 3–7 business days.

Processing times are estimates and do not include shipping transit time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Any different processing timeframe will be noted in the product listing.

Shipping and Tracking

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Orders containing both artist-fulfilled items and print-partner products may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Packaging

I carefully package prints and original artwork to help protect them during shipping. Products fulfilled by print partners are packaged and shipped directly by those partners.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and production demand may affect arrival times.

If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact me at aguywithmsthatdraws@gmail.com with your order number so I can help investigate and work toward a resolution.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. See the Return and Refund Policy for details.
