Products

I strive to accurately represent all artwork and products. Because artwork is handmade and monitors display color differently, slight differences in color, texture, framing, paper, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Original Artwork

Purchasing an original transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of aGuyWithMSthatDraws unless transferred in writing. Originals include a Certificate of Authenticity. If yours is missing, contact me and I’ll make it right.

Limited Edition Prints

Edition numbers apply only to the specific edition, size, and media offered. Future editions may be released in different sizes or on different papers or media, which may intentionally produce a different appearance.

Copyright and AI

You may not reproduce, scan, commercially photograph, redistribute, train artificial intelligence systems on, create NFTs from, tokenize, trace for resale, or otherwise reproduce this artwork without prior written permission. Personal photographs of purchased artwork are welcome for personal use. Promotional use requires prior approval.

Product Images

Some listings may include digitally staged or AI-assisted mockups to demonstrate how artwork may appear when displayed. I strive for accuracy, but slight differences in framing, lighting, scale, color, or appearance may occur. Actual product photographs, when available, take precedence.

Merchandise

Print-on-demand merchandise is produced to order. Minor manufacturing variations may occur. If your item arrives with a defect, contact me and I’ll work with you to resolve it.

Orders, Returns and Shipping

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. You won’t need to return the damaged item unless I request it.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing or listing error, I reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Commissions

If custom commissions are offered in the future, they will be governed by separate written terms provided before work begins.

Photography Rights

I reserve the right to photograph, reproduce, archive, publish, and promote images of all artwork, including sold originals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ohio.
